Open-source software support

Getting technical support for open-source software can be hard, particularly in bioinformatics. The developers have often moved on, or are simply too busy to respond promptly. Those who do respond can't provide any guarantees to companies such as would be found under Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and so their company is unable to rely on support being available for their chosen software when things go wrong. All this can lead to companies avoiding the use of open-source bioinformatics software for use in mission-critical tasks such as core R&D pipelines.

Eagle Genomics solves this problem. Eagle Genomics provides companies and institutes alike with SLAs guaranteeing that Eagle Genomics will respond within a fixed timeframe, and will have found a diagnosis (and hopefully even a solution) within a second fixed period after response.
