Eagle Genomics outsourced bioinformatics services can be applied wherever there is a need to integrate, manage, or analyze genomic data – we call this Genome Content Management. Training is provided along with delivery of our solutions so our clients become experts in using and managing their own bioinformatics tools.

Eagle Genomics offers a number of specialist knowledge fields across two main services areas:

• Genomics workflows : designing and building workflows to analyse large quantities of genomic data, e.g. NGS sequences.
